Overview of labour

We have 1311 employees in total; 643 in Kartal and 668 in Bozuyuk. 330 are white-collar (managers, chiefs, engineers, experts, officers, and foremen) and 981 are blue-collar (members of the labour union ). Our 48% of our employees are high school or higher education graduates. Our management levels are shown below:
